Thread: Penis Girth help
- 06-30-2015 #1
Hello! I want to increase my penis girth more, since i think it's the most important area between length & girth. Lately i have had problems gaining girth. I have been doing Ulis + Big Al squeeses now in like 18 days without any measurable improvement. I have 4month and 11days of experience in total and i want to try out clamping. I have been resting 5days and when i look at my penis in the mirror after these days my penis felt bigger girthwise. But when i measured it was no girth improvement, rather more like it was smaller according to the measuring tape. I really want to hit 5 inches+ in girth as fast as possible
Or at least i want to see some increase, that some exercise actually are working, i want to see a sign. But i doesn't.
Do you have any tips here? If i would start to try out clamping, how easy should i go with it as i'm not conditioned for 6months yet.Starting Stats (2015-02-02): BPEL: 5.1 / MEG: 4 / BEG: 4.3
Current Stats (2017-01-02): BPEL: 6.6 / MEG: 4.9 / BEG: 5.5

My experience was JP90 for 3 months, then jumped into squeezes and clamping. Didn't gain shit. After about 6 months of this, I went back to basics and just did JP90 with squeezes incorporated into my edging and gained 1/4". I realized then that patience and not overworking was the best way to gain. Had I continued with the heavy clamping in hopes of gaining sooner I may have not made that jump. It takes time, and patience. Throwing advanced exercises at your dick to soon is usually not the best approach. I know you want gains and you want them now, but PE doesn't work that way. You gain on a microscopic level and it takes many months for those gains to show up on a tape measure. My suggestion is to stick with JP90 and start slowly adding in squeezes. Oh, and edging after your workout. If your not doing so already add in a good 20-60 min. edging session after your routine. I believe when going for girth you should be hard or in an expanded state as often as possible. Obviously you can do whatever you like as it is your dick, but I know from personal experience less is often more. All clamping did for me was stunt my growth. I simply wasn't ready for it at just 3 or 4 months in. Patience my friend, patience.

In my opinion you should always do jelqs, look at the second link in my signature as well as KITJ.
Later I would add squeezes as looking4more did (have a look at his threads), basically you do Uli's in between jelq sets.
It is more about how you do the exercises, when you perform an Uli, tighten into the fat pad, edge and kegel blood past it, tighten again, repeat until you feel a good amount of pressure and hold it.
My guess is you can already have more than enough intensity with jelqs. You ahve not been at it for long, so as lilbigman suggested, don't overdo it.
Although if you think about gaining as fast as possible you probably won't gain squat but injuries, don't you think everyone wants to gain quick?
By the way how much meg did you gain? You had great base girth gains.
Remember girth gains are very slow to come by, and if you're gaining don't overhaul your routine.Last edited by popol5169; 07-01-2015 at 07:15 AM.

Thanks for some input. Sadly i didn't measure MEG popol5169. But my BEG has always been bigger than my MEG.

Work on kegels, too. I feel that erect kegels gave me some gains (but not much).

18 days isn't nearly enough time to gauge girth gains. Try 60 days or even 6 months. Edging for extended time is what made my gains move.
I've just started again after...
I was a success story but fell off...
