    Hi Big Al,

    So I've been doing erect kegels (both regular and reverse) for 6 min each - holding each kegel for approximately 20-25 sec with 8-10 sec rest in between - for a few months now.

    First of all, does this sound like too much to you? If not, should I increase the base time or increase the hold times, or maybe go to towel raises?

    Your listed workload is very high. I take it that you worked up to being able to perform that type of training?

    Here's the question- have you seen improvement with your routine?

    At first I did about 4 or so minutes and held for 5-10 sec with 10 sec of rest in between. And slowly over the months reached to where I am at. The thing is, that's all I had been doing for all these months and now I wish to start incorporating jelqing and edging; therefore, not sure if I'll over-work myself with this.

    My erection quality has been pretty high since I've recently incorporated edging, and I can definitely hold my kegels very long when erect (even stopping ejaculation at ponr).

    I'm just unsure whether my training right now is too much. Maybe I should tone it down a little? (ex. hold kegels for less seconds, more rest in between, mix of flaccid and erect, less time overall?)

    Oh, also note I do this 3 times a week (usually monday, wednesday, and friday)

    What would be some signs to look out for if you're over-working your kegels?

    I do both regular erect kegels and erect reverse kegels.

    You can either move on to more advanced movements- like towel raises, or maintain your stamina work if your EQ is very high.

    I don't see any reason why you couldn't get started on a basic routine.
