    Hey guys
    im extremely confused about the optimum time period per day to do penis enlargement. I'd heard some people doing 20 minutes a day, whilst others spend an hour or more (or even 2 hour long sessions!!) a day! Any light shed on this matter would be appreciated

    I would start off slow and watch your PI's. For example do 5 - 10 min of jelqing for example and see how that goes.

    Well, take the jp90 rutine. That will easy take over an hour including warmup and warmdown, and if u want to include edging as well, then you have two hours. , easily. I dont think there is a optimal time for PE, because it has so man internal factors and external factors that affects it.

    Take normal exercise as an example. If you have high intensity you cant have a high volum, but if u have a lower intesity you can have a higher workout volum. JP90 is a good example of that. Low intensity with high volum.

    Just do what feels right for you. If you have time try the high volum, and compare it with the more intense rutine.

    I've been going for about a year and a half...and I've been told my workout is very advanced, so is an hour too much?

    Everyone is different. Some can PE an hour or 2 with no issues. Others jelq for 10 min. and they get major turtling and loss of EQ. Base your workouts off of how you personal re-act to them. If you can work out for 6 hours and maintain positive PI's, then try for 7. If you do 3 jelqs and you get negative PI's then drop to 2. I would think that after 1.5 years you should have a pretty good grasp on how long to exercise. Just remember often times less is more. A person can do a very advanced routine, but if it is bringing about negative PI's you will have less chance of gaining. Find that sweet spot and you will make gains.

    A beginner should err on the side of caution when it comes to initial training. Unless you're an anomaly your first few sessions will likely be of short duration- especially if you're only counting your enlargement exercises and not your stamina work in the equation.
