    There are a few things I do outside of a PE session that I'm not really sure if it makes a difference, but I'll tell you and welcome any thoughts. Whenever I go to use the bathroom, I give my balls a quick ten or so tugs and my penis a good quick stretch. It takes about 30 seconds. Whenever I do, my flacid hangs an inch or so more and my balls will also hang better for an hour or so, longer if it was a PE day. My thoughts are that it seems to increase bloodflow, ergo may help with healing. Also, even briefly restressing the penis with a stretch may encourage it to stay in a larger state, although with everything else, it's hard to attribute benefits to specific actions. All I can see is the cumulative effect of everything I do.

    This isn't really going to help but since you have raised the topic i thought i should ask this question.

    Isn't it bad to do the stretching without warming up for 10-15 minutes, or because the duration of stretching in the toliet is so short it wont matter?

    Because of the very short duration and low intensity, I don't see why it would be a problem. Warm ups are for when the going gets more serious than a quickie in the bathroom. I certainly haven't noted any negative effects.

    Feel free to give a few JAI stretches every time you go to the bathroom. Plus scrotum tugs should be done without heat, and fairly gently.

    You have to be careful with these types of techniques. For one, they're cumulative. If you're performing regular training and complementing it with these spur of the moment movements, you may not be able to assess what's truly working for you (or not). Also, overtraining is a very serious possibility if you're already at your recovery limits with your assigned training.

    It should also be noted that constantly thinking about PE can lead to training "burnout".

    The above might best be done when you're not on a strict training cycle.

    Wear an adjustable package ring. I have one that's leather with lots of snaps so I can modify throughout the day. Really helps keep your flaccid plump and full and promotes blood flow.

    I purchased my straps from VacuTech. Check their site under Leather Goods.
    Secret Leather is also a good place to buy them but their sizes were too small for me. VacuTech offers full package straps as well as cock-only straps. The full package ones are GREAT!
