    Hey guys
    ive been told my routine at the moment is VERY Intense, and that I should watch my PIs. But my EQ is awesome, I have no pain and everything seems in order. My routine at the moment is:
    5 minutes heating
    10 minutes bathmate
    100 80-90% jelqs
    10 supra slammers
    100 80-90% jelqs
    10 more supra slammers (if possible but usually 5 so that I don't orgasm)
    jelqing to finish off
    5 minutes heating
    this usually takes about 60 minutes
    i have a small cut in my penis, so when that's healed, I'm gonna start stretching too
    i have been doing p.e. For about a year and a half too but haven't seen any significant gains as yet, but I have only been doin this workout for a few weeks
    What do you guys think about it?

    It definitely looks intense, but you must be conditioned if you PIs are holding up well and your EQ is great. I am surprised that you haven't seen any gains with that routine, though.

    PE takes time and you have to be consistent and careful to avoid injury. Some of us are hard gainers. I've been blessed with some nice Newbie and ongoing gains without much difficulty. You just have to be consistent and the gains will come.

    Have you seen any gains at all? If not, then something is definitely amiss.

    It's important that it's well understood that training should be seen only as a tool. We don't train to be able to perform a certain routine or to be able to endure very challenging sessions (though there is some definite crossover to real sexual performance with certain exercises)- we train to make gains. You very well might be training your penis to handle intense training loads but not for growth.

    I've only been doing it for about a week and a half, and my penis, I'm sure, seems fuller, plumper already. I'll try it for 3 months probs and see if I've made any gains

    I'm also worried that if I don't make gains with this current intense routine, and then I change my routine, (to jp90 for instance), there will be a significant drop in intensity...surely that's going to slow my gains even more?

    If the intensity is so high now, surely I'll have to up it to see gains when I reach a plateau :/

    You're leaving out a lot of details. Did you work up to this routine? What kind of rep increases are you planning from session to session?

    Have you made sure to allow for enough training momentum with your current workload? If your routine is challenging from the onset of the cycle you might not have enough training momentum to allow you to train for more than a couple of weeks before you "peak".

    I'm not changing the reps..I'm keeping the same routine for probably 3 months and seeing what happens...and honestly, I don't really feel fatigue, just my dick looks slightly plumper and bigger afterwards
    and I kind of worked up to it, I've been doing p.e. For 1 and a half years about, and I started jelqing, and then did supra slammers and then came up with this routine a few weeks ago and decided to try it

    How do you expect to force your penis to adapt if you're performing the same routine without any change for 3 months? Once your penis gets used to a training load then you'll need to challenge it if you want more adaptation (growth).

    So would you suggest I increase reps every week?..by say 100 jelqs?
