Starting JP90 and some other questions
I'm looking to start the JP90 program and I'm wondering how long it takes you guys to complete the routine each day. So i'm basing my routine off of this revised post https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginne...utine-507.html. I'm looking to really get some gains so I have the bathmate and i'm open to other suggestions as well like pills or supplements and maybe an extender but not to sure if I need it. Looking at the JP90 program it is just an exercise with your hand. I'm looking into maybe incorporating the Bathmate into my routine maybe as a warm-up or cooldown ? I know bathmate should be used around 15-20min in shower so I'm just thinking about timing here. Can any of you possibly tell me your own experiences or routines using supplements, lotions, or bathmate and extenders that you found to work more effectively than just doing the JP90 exercises ? Which lotions, supplements, pills actually work, which ones don't etc.
