I really am not satisfied with my size, but I'm not completely sure if PE is safe or works at all, as there isn't really any evidence to tell me otherwise.
I am just starting my PE journey and would like any starter tips/advice. Thank you

Welcome jjjjjj, and thanks for joining us. PE is as safe and effective as you make it. Go to the START HERE button at the top of the page. Do lots of reading so you understand how to safely do the excersize. Pick a beginner routine, and start at half the repetitions. Slowly add until you are doing the whole routine in about a month. Don't use a lot of force. You want to encourage your penis to grow, not force it to grow.
Be safe, consistent, persistent, and patient and you will meet your goals.ALL THE WAY WITH GOOD OLE JAY!

Welcome the Gym!
I'd recommend the JP90 beginner program. It worked great for me. Follow wishful's advice and read lots so you can learn about PE. Be safe and consistent in your training. Learn what PIs are and use them to guide you in your journey.
Read progress logs from other members. You can learn a lot from some of them.

a. get your penis 'conditioned'. That means it will not be as easy to injure yourself.
b. take your time. results arrive slowly, not fast.
c. do not try to rush to get results sooner.
d. start a Log in the Progress forum. record what you are doing, with details. it makes troubleshooting easier.

If you're afraid you won't make gains, then don't do it for the gains. Do it because 1. it feels good. 2. it makes improves sex by giving more control over your penis. Those are short term benefits that should appear within the first week, whereas gains can take months to show.
