Thread: 3 Times per Day Routine

Today I just posted one routine in the forum but someone recomend me to do it after some time, and one personal recomendation was the last that I need to dont do it (it was pretty advanced routine for girth).
The thing is that girth is definitely something that I need now, since average condoms are too big for me ( Im 5.7'x 4.1'). And that is the only reason why i dont have the much of sex that i want (Im training PUA), because when I do I always have to be very carefull to be fully erect and anyway it enters air in the condom (especially because the head is 3.9').
NOW THE IMPORTANT, I thought the following:
"If I want to lift 10 kg with one hand ten times, but i only can do it the first time, the followings is just too heavy. But what happend if each hour I lift 10 kg, then each time will feel almost like is the first time and I will can lift the 10 kg ten times per day without a problem".
(I know that the penis is not a muscle tho)
So the routine is the following...
5MIN----- WARM-UP
5MIN---- STRETCH FRONT
5MIN-----STRETCH UNDER CHEEKS
1MIN----- TUNICA TUG
10MIN-----HEADHOLD JELQ (4 SECS)
5MIN-----COMPRESSOR
5MIN------WARM-DOWN
36MIN-----TOTAL TIME
3 TIMES PER DAY
30 DAYS TRING TO NOT DAYS OFF (BUT TWO DAYS OFF AFTER THE 30 DAYS AND BEGINING OF A NEW ROUTINE)

You're starting PE a bit young, I think. You shouldn't start until you're sure it's stopped growing on its own. 18 really isn't a magic number, either, people stop growing sometime before or after, sometimes people don't stop until their mid 20's. Give it some time, yet, bud. PE too young is ill advised.

Trust me, wait until you are done growing. I know you don't want to wait, but you'll be better off if you do. You could easily do more harm than good. Everything on here, everyone's advice, is based on the idea that the people doing PE have gotten all they will get naturally. The reason there is nothing for people who haven't necessarily finished growing yet is because it is not safe. I wore glasses until I was 25 because I had to wait that long for my vision to stop changing. Wait until you know for sure your body is done growing before you try to change it.
