Reverse Kegel Issue
So I've done kegels (reverse and front) before and was able to work my way up to a strong pelvic floor to the point where I could last as long as I wanted to. About a week ago I started masturbating to porn without really controlling my kegels and now my pelvic floor feels really weak.
When i try to reverse kegel, it's hard to know if I'm really reverse kegeling because it just feels like I'm pushing out my abs. It's to the point where i can't really identify the muscle even when I pee.
1. Does this mean my pelvic floor is really weak?
2. What can I do to fix this even though I can't really feel the BC muscle? Less ejaculating?

Means your pelvic floor is unbalanced, there are front and back RK's. Fronts are when u pee harder/faster, back are when u try to press out your poo so to speak.
Keep trying, everyone has this in the beginning, after a few weeks you will know the difference :)
