    I hate to ask it again, but I need some more clarity.
    Does having and orgasm and ejaculating directly after a workout affect gains?
    On my last supra slammer of the session, I lost focus momentarily and pushed myself over the edge( for fucks sake!!!!!). So is that workout a waste of time and has all my good work early in the workout beforehand been negated?

    Watch PI. If you see negative PI, then don't ejaculate so often, if it doesn't affect you and u have positive PI. It's ok then.

    I've heard plenty of people say it doesn't affect gains (even from massive gainers like PESG).

    Although I did read a comment on Matters of Size a few weeks ago that did a study on this.
    Apparently people who didn't masturbate gained 3 times more than people who did masturbate. I didn't follow it up as I'm sure its bullshit (if it was that obvious then im sure there would be so much more about it).

    Masturbate as much as you want. The KEY thing i've heard is to make sure you DON'T masturbate before a PE workout as your penis goes into poor state after ejaculation.

    Yes, this really is the age old question! From what I understand, PIs are basically king. Some people apparently have good PIs after ejaculating, some have bad. When I had asked a similar question before, I was basically told to try it and see what worked for me. I would hardly say that the workout has been wasted! Regarding the study at Thunders mentioned earlier, I'm sure there are lots of other variables. Self-control, as a big one, comes to mind. If you have the self-control to not ejaculate at all, chances are you've done your research, and PE pretty frequently, whereas others who may not have as much may be more likely to ejaculate frequently, and not stick to PE as strictly.
