I'm a little confused about the difference in Kegels, reverse kegels, PC, and BC muscles and I need some clarification, such as how to do them correctly and how to recognize an imbalance.
From my understanding:
- Kegel is associated with PC muscle, and is the muscle used to stop pissing during mid-flow.
- Reverse kegel is with BC muscle and is the muscle used to push piss out harder.
Now... My Q is: How much should you do of them each day, and How can you tell if there is an imbalance?
A little about my situation. I have struggled with Premature Ejaculation and ED which I believe is from porn and bad masturbation habits, which I am working on. I have also noticed that during masturbation, I am constantly flexing my PC muscle without realizing it. Also, if I do a reverse Kegel it seems to calm me down when reaching the point of PONR. Also... I have to pee about 15-20 times a day, which I feel has something to do with this, but I'm not sure which imbalance that would be a part of.
Can anyone tell me if this info is right, or if I'm missing out on something? Also, if someone could tell me a good simple Kegel/reverse kegel routine I could start off with, that would help out.

There are a number of muscles in the pelvic floor including pc, bc and ic are usually think of front and back for simplicity. To contract and strengthen them kegel is a major exercise . To stretch and relax them reverse kegel is a major exercise.
Exercises like deep squat can also be used.
