So I'm expecting some gains from the Squeezes I recently introduced to my routine with edging and ballooning. I usually do stretches before a bathmate session then later that day(10-12 hours) I edge/balloon with light squeezes(3)3 second reps. Any advice how to approach increasing intensity? Like more reps or longer holds.
Do you think I should stretch before edge/balloon/squeeze or stick to stretching before my bathmate session.
I appreciate any advice shared. Thanks Guys!

Checkout big als jelq free routine. He recommend girth work (squeezes) before stretching, it works better that way imo.

01.08.2013: BPEL 6,3 x 4,3 MSEG
22.06.2015: BPEL 7.6 x 5.30 MSEG(not cemented)
After a long break:
01.05.2016: BPEL 7.3 x 5.1 MSEG
16.11.2018: BPEL 7.3 x 5.0-5.1 MSEG BSEG 5.3

With the squeeze, you can increase intensity by using higher erection levels and by performing the "advanced" version of the exercise- where you bring your hands together. Adding time to the squeeze itself doesn't necessarily increase intensity since longer exercises are usually less intense. Still, increasing the level if intensity (work/time) is just one way of altering the exercise; and it's important to note that higher intensity does not always equal quicker gains.
