Hey all,
On 05/06 I measured at 5.27" (13.4cm) MSEG. I have been super setting jelqing and ULI's for a total of 30-40mins/day, based on a 2on 1off routine. I would normally split this into 2 sessions, 15-20mins in the morning and then 15-20mins at night.
As you can see I am spending a lot of time on girth work, with little results.
Today, on 15/07 (about 40days later) I measured 5.31" (13.5cm). As you can see it is a very small gain, possibly just measurement error.
Any suggestions on what I should do? Please help, thanks.

Girth is tricky to gain and it never comes fast. You could try horse 440 or compressor, it's higher level excersise. Start slow with those.

40 days is nothing unless you are going for EQ gains.
True girth can take up to 6 months.

I know, but based on how slow that gain is.. I calculated it out to be 10-12months, for 0.39".
Sounds like a big hassle for that amount.

And you expect inch in girth in one year? Girth is slow, I got 0.4 gain in 7 months. And 0.4 gain is girth isn't small thing, it totally changes look of penis!

I don't have clamp either or I clamp for now! Clamping isn't for newbies or other advanced excersises! I was doing usual newbie routine for 3 months after it I was doing higher erection jelqing, now I do only compression excersises Uli, horse 440, compressor, big Al squeeze. Start easy with these excersises because they are very intense and can kill your EQ or make severe blood vessel injury.

A couple things I have figured out with girth is that for 1 you need to have some stretching incorporated into the routine. You can't just squeeze and jelq you have to stretch that tunica out as well. So if you are not doing any stretches that may work against you. Also as I have learned from Big Al, EQ goes hand in hand with girth gains. You can stretch that tunica all you want, if you don't have the EQ to fill it up it won't do you any good. So you need to strengthen the smooth muscle as well to coincide with the tunica expansion. Think about it with the bicycle tire idea. The outer tire being your tunica and the inner tube being the smooth muscle. If you put a bigger tire on, you have to increase the tube as well, or it won't be able to fill it as full or hard as it can be. Same goes for the opposite. You can increase the tube pressure all you want, but the outer tire will only expand so much.
So if I haven't thoroughly confused you, what I am saying in lamen terms is add some stretching to your routine. And also have a solid kegal routine with light jelqing to help increase your smooth muscle and tunica at the same time. And be patient. After well over a year (1yr. 4 months) I have only gained .4 or so and have been very consistent and diligent. It takes time.

Can you order a cable clamp online? They are 3 dollars.
Also, you really don't need a cable clamp to clamp. You can use your hands but a clamp just makes it easier. You can make your own. You just need something that cuts off blood flow and that can be easily taken off.
I bet if you really thought about it, you could find something laying around the house to use of go to your local hardware store and tell them what you need and they would be able to get you something similar.
I have read of some guys using shoe string, usb cables, PVC pipe clamps, or you can just use 1-2 cock rings which should do the trick. Or a rubber band double wrapped.
