Hey guys
im going on holiday for 3 weeks, and I won't take my bathmate. Also I doubt I'll get time for any kind of proper workout (since my routine takes a full hour at the moment). I don't wanna lose my progress, so what would you suggest I do to allow me to pick up exactly where I left off when I return home?

Do the best you can, try and find a reasonable window to get in some type of routine. You may have to change some things to fit the time but as long as you get some work in you shouldn't see any dramatic loss of gains.

JAI stretches, some jelqing. Three weeks is not too long to keep conditioning up with minimal work. Enjoy the holiday.

There's your problem.... Your routine is too long and too dependent on equipment. You can't keep it up without a lot of privacy, which is not always easy to get. You can get the job done with manual exercises in 10-20 minutes with just one or two exercises worked hard. Stick with the basics of wet jelqing and stretching, maybe separate the two working length one day and girth the next.

But surely dropping my routine from 1 hour to 20 mins will be a significant drop in intensity. Thus it will surely have no effect on my penis?(like lifting 2 kg weights when you can lift 50 kg weights). Also, I've looked up Jai stretches, and I don't understand them. It says you pull very lightly, so is it not just a less intense version of a basic stetch?

Manual activity and stamina exercises don't require much in the way of equipment. If you plan on being sexually active during your vacation, that'll go a long way towards helping you to maintain conditioning.

Implement a couple of passive stretches: LAS & Fowfers (bundled/unbundled) Do some edging for 20 minutes or more and wear a properly fitted steel cockring 24/7 to hold your flaccid more flushed while sleeping or just hanging out during the day. Enjoy the holiday, first of all! That's most important. You can also just take 2 or 3 extra minutes each time you use the restroom to do some jelqs, or stretches, or something like that. And, its such a small time that nobody will notice the difference anyway. The time adds up! I did this when I was on vacation, and easily hit about 30 minutes a day of PE time!
