Hey guys, I'm brand new to the forums but I've been on the site for a while now. I just started on a girth routine, and I have a few questions.
So first, here is my routine. I always do this in the shower, to keep everything warm.
I start with squeezing the tip and the base, holding for a few seconds, then letting go.
Next, I do a few flaccid bends, followed by 30 v-jelqs, and a few compressors.
My questions are as follows...The flaccid bend, should I be holding? How long? And how many times in each direction?
Next... The conpressor. Should I be beaming in the middle of the shaft only? Or all up and down the shaft?
Also, what do you guys think about this routine? Is there anything else I can add?
I'm only targeting girth. Thank you, gentlemen.

Hello, you should hold flaccid bend between 20 and 30 secondes and doing max 5 reps straight out. The compressor is better in the middle of the shaft but you can bend your penis to the down

Yeah, with the compressor I'm just wondering because the bends are apparently where the growth is going to take place...
