I want to get back into hanging, but want to increase my 4.9in EG currently. It still "feels" and "looks" average, mainly because of my current length of 4.5in EL. (NBEL)
I currently am thinking about including Tunica Tugs, Jelqs (dry jelq for length and girth), and Bundled stretch.
Are there any other things I could add, replace, or tips I should pay attention for?
I understand PI's n things like that, not to at the same intensity I had stopped at.
I tried to Google some threads for PEGym, but most threads weren't on point to what I was looking for, and as well as out dated (assumption by few years ago, although it can still be good of course).
