When you stretch you grip may slide up a little, but don't let it pull on the glans. You are not gripping hard enough or you are pulling too hard.
To totally satisfy a woman sexually is not about having a large penis, it's about being a good lover.

Grip behind the coronal ridge . People say grab an inch above this but you always end up sliding back down to coronal ridge regardless .

What??? You can do whatever you want, it's your dick, but don't advise other people to do this. The glans and coronal ridge are not attached to the tunica, it's the tunica you want to stretch. There are sensitive nerve bundles and blood vessels at and just below the coronal ridge that can be very easily damaged if you are pulling it away from the rest of your shaft. I have never had a problem with gripping my tunica during stretching. To totally satisfy a woman sexually is not about having a large penis, it's about being a good lover.

I go into seated position put my legs straight and try to touch my toes.
I would advice on not putting too much pressure on glans when you stretch that's about all and do not rip it like an angry baboon.Start: 8/2013: BPEL: 6.3" EG: 5.1"
Current: 9/2020 BPEL: (8.3 inches BPFSL: 8.9 "* MEG: 5.9
The Goal: BPEL: 9 inches EG: 6.5"

Here's a illustration showing the structure of the penis for anyone who might be interested. As you can see the glans are attached to the corpus spongiosum, not the tunica.

I should of said grip behind the coronal ridge. Even if you grip 2 inches above the coronal ridge you will end up back at the coronal ridge which acts as an anchor. If not you are just stretching skin. No other way around it.
Even the PEGYM videos show the guy gripping right behind the coronal ridge: https://cdn.pegym.com/wp-content/upl...300.jpg?51f923

I just tried it in the shower. Its that the skin slides over the shaft. When i grab and pull the skin slides. Then im pulling but im also pulling skin from the base of the dick. I guess ill have to practice. In fact after 3 months i just figured out the perfect erection level for jelqing. Maybe im a slow learner. Maybe i have too much skin. Idk. Ill keep working on it. But thanks for the input about the glans. I was pulling from the glans the entire time and just had pain from all the nerve endings. Thats why i hijacked this thread. Lol

As I said in my previous post, your grip will slid forward some, but you should feel the stretch on your tunica, not your glans. Just don't start your grip at the glans. They guy in your links did not start his grip at the glans. I'm only giving sound advice that was determined to be safe PE practice by experts long before me. I have studied and understand their rational behind it and I totally agree. There has also been many injuries discussed here relating to improper stretching. It's up to anyone to decide how they will PE, but I'm going to stick with the advice of the experts.

Thanks for the info Cavalier! I think I've been putting too much pressure on the glans and not gripping strong enough, luckily no issues, but I will be adjusting.
Interesting that nobody...
