So I just started a pretty intense routine I feel like. I have been doing PE for about 3 years but only started taking it seriously about 6 months ago. I gained a 1/2 inch in EL somewhere along the way but have stopped gaining probably because the initial gains were from my ligs getting stretched. I have had a hard time gaining since so I started this routine.
1. Wake up and take off Autoxleeve extender that was on all night at very low tension to heal stretched.
2. Wait 1 hour and get in shower and use single stream massage setting on shower head to massage deep into penis to get warmed up then go straight into 5 mins of jelqing still in shower.
3. Do 10 mins of light V stretches while still in shower keeping hot water on it to stay loose. During this time alternating between kegals and reverse kegals.
4. Get out of shower and put on X4 Labs extender using noose setup for 1.5 hours while at gym.
5. 1/2 hour later get in shower after gym and massage again and jelq for 5 mins.
6. Get out of shower and do moderate to hard pull manual exercises for 15 mins immediately followed by hanging 6 lbs for 20 mins. (once I get wrapping down better I'll increase weight to around 10lbs.)
7. Wait a half hour and put on X4 Labs extender with noose and strap at high tension for about 45 mins.
8. Wait 15 mins then put on Autoxleeve at moderate tension for 2 hours.
9. Wait half hour and do manual stretches for about 10 mins on and 10 mins off for the next 1.5-2 hours.
10. Wait 15 mins and reapply Autoxleeve for 2 hours.
11. Get home and take off Autoxleeve 30 mins before hanging for 20 mins again.
12. Wait 15 mins and reapply Autoxleeve at low tension for overnight stretch.
13. Wake up and repeat.
Am I not resting enough or doing too much or too little of any kind of stretching? Any advice would be much appreciated because 6 months with no gains is pretty frustrating. Please halp!

I think you should atleast take one day rest inbetween the days that you're excercising. In the end it all depends on your PI's. Are they postive or negative? Some people can handle a lot more than others. So try to find that balance between pushing towards more intensity but not going overboard (overtraining).

I would say mostly the pi's are actually neutral. No size gain or loss. After a manual routine or hanging there is sometimes a little retraction but right now it is hanging flaccid and looking full as I type this. There was a slight ache that I only occasionally felt after about 5 days of doing this. So if I rest should I take a full day off completely? Cuz I've heard some people never take a day off because of fear of healing shorter. Or maybe just do a very light day? Thank you for the response.
