I've been doing PE exercises for 18 months or something like that and haven't had any real results. Truth be told i only did basic jelqs combined with kegels and some bends. I kicked stretches out my program pretty quick. Yeah i know, i'm a god damn moron!
I'm ready for a fresh start! This is what i came up with:
Goal: Epic dicksize & girth
Program:
Warm Up
Basic Stretch (4 Directions): 8 x 30 sec
A - Stretch: 4 x 30 sec
V Jelq: 40 Reps
Side Jelq: 20 Reps
Erect Stretch: 2 x 30 sec
Uli: 4 x 30 sec
Horse Squeeze: 4 x 30 Sec
Kegels: 50
Edging: 10 Minutes (Edging is just mastrubating right? No special grip or technique?)
