Hello guys,
I've been on this forum for a while, but I have not started PE yet. I haven't posted much since a while also, so let me quickly explain everything-
I realized that for the longest time I had been measuring my penis the wrong way, so a few months ago I measured my penis the right way (standing straight, penis parallel to the floor, etc.), and my results came out to be approximately 5.6" NBPEL, 6.3" BPEL, and 4.5" girth (midshaft and base). This was a few months ago.
I have been experiencing a lot of erection issues (ED) for almost a year now, and in the past few months my ED got much worse. During these months my penis actually shrunk a little bit, because of these erection issues. Now, my penis measures approximately 5.3" NBPEL, 6" BPEL, and 4.4" girth (midshaft and base). So, I lost about 0.3 inches in length (NBPEL and BPEL), and about 0.1 inches in girth (midshaft and base). I think since I wasn't getting a full erection during these past few months, I experienced a bit of penis atrophy, and now my penis size is slightly smaller. By the way, these current measurements of mine are when my penis is 100% erect. So, it really has shrunk a little bit (0.3 inches in length, and 0.1 inches in girth).
Now, my goal is to increase my penis size back to my original size, which was 5.6 inches NBPEL, 6.3 inches BPEL, and 4.5 inches girth (midshaft and base). I know perhaps PE can help me do this, but I have been doing a lot of research on PE for a long time now, and all of the horror stories I have read have scared me to death. I've heard about people doing PE and being left completely impotent; being left with a completely disfigured/deformed penis; being left with loss of sensitivity; etc. All of this really, really scares me, and makes me not want to do PE. For that reason, I started researching other ways to increase penis length and girth, and came across some surgical and non-surgical methods, but all of them obviously require thousands of dollars. So, that is a big downside. PE is free, but reading about all those horror stories has scared me to death, so that wants me to stay away from PE. At the same time, all these other methods (surgical/non-surgical) require thousands of dollars, so that's an issue as well.
I'm stuck choosing between PE and all these other methods. I really want to get back to my original size, and in order to do that I just need to increase my penis length by 0.3 inches and my penis girth by 0.1 inches.
Any thoughts will be appreciated.

Well, I would ask myself in the first place why Im loosing ED and EQ. You know, your penis depends on various things, first the physical state and then the mental one.
For example, when Im distracted and molested, I have serious problems to mantain an erection. Or when I have been at the gym, at kick-boxing, then at work, Im so tired that the only thing I wanna do is to sleep.
So... Mate do you have any problems in your life that affect your ED&EQ??
I wouldnt say your penis shrinks. Maybe its your EQ. Do you have hard boners? Morning woods?
And I would, at least, give PE a try. Please dont read only the "sad" stories. Read the success stories too. And those are way more than the first one. With a bit of caution and common-sense it will be very hard to get injured. And those other "methods" arent really that great tbh. You can achieve more by yourself if you believe and do the hard work.
Sorry if the answer seems a bit diffused, you touch various things.
Come on man, cheer up and start PE!(07/01/2015) BPEL 6,5"/NBPEL 5,7" /MSEG 5"

I badly do want to start jelqing, and I have read success stories too. But the horror ones scared me shitless. I mean I've heard stories of people jelqing and how it caused them to have permanent ED, permanent loss of sensitivity, permanent deformation in the penis, etc. This has scared me to death literally. I mean anyone who would read these stories would never want to risk jelqing.

Your going to have surgery on your dick to make it .1 girth and .2 length bigger lmao?
BTW your dick is probably the exact same size maybe you should stop randomly measuring for no reason, your probably just tilting your pelvis differently.
Also If you do a good warm up and only do beginner exercises I literally dont think its possible to get injured.

I wouldn't be surprised if some of the PE horror stories you've heard are fabricated by sugar-pill scammers trying to get you to buy their useless products.
With surgery, you're putting your safety into someone else's hands, and there's always the risk of future complications and injuries making you worse off than you initially were. It's one of the reasons I'm not fond of plastic surgery on women. I'm never putting my package under the knife if I can help it (Other than a possible vasectomy in the distant future, but that's still a really long ways off and depends on a lot of factors).
As long as you prioritize safety during manual PE, start slow, and pay attention to your body, you have nothing to lose.Well-endowed is a state of mind.

Agreed. You probably wouldn't visibly notice the increase. Gains that small are not at all worth the risk and time/money of surgery. I've gained .5" length and .1" girth in about 5 months using a length focused routine with an intensity level that basically equates to disciplined masturbation. Had minor ligament tenderness about a month in, rested it off for 10 days and haven't had a single problem since. Manual PE is safer than surgery and will give you better results if you practice it correctly. If you're hell bent on surgery, at least go big, lol.

Yeah, you will get minor injuries from PE, but thats it. Its hard to injure yourself if you do the exercise correctly. And you just have to follow some steps to grow.
And you can ask us always small25. Why dont you start JP90 with low intensity? The biggest injure you can get from that routine with low intensity are little or medium red dots.
I personally never read those sad stories, although I should to learn about other people's fault. If you only think negativly, then you gonna attract this to you.(07/01/2015) BPEL 6,5"/NBPEL 5,7" /MSEG 5"

From https://www.pegym.com/forums/penis-d...html#post36835 :
There are pros and cons to each method. Here are some advantages and disadvantages to the various methods:
Extenders-
Pros:
-You know exactly how much tension is being generated
-Workout is "hands free"
-Progress is easy to track and forecast
-Can be worn with certain clothes
Cons:
-Requires constant supervision
-Maximum tension possible is very light
-Must be worn for many total hours to see results
-Can be uncomfortable without adequate padding
Weight hangers-
Pros:
-Workout is "hands free"
-Very high tension is possible
-You know exactly how much tension is being generated
Cons:
-Injuries more common with this method
-Often uncomfortable even with adequate padding
-Cannot be done in public
Manual exercises-
Pros:
-Very convenient
-Very high tension is possible
-Tension level is easily adjustable
-The most fluid of all methods
Cons:
-Tension is difficult to measure- must use estimates
-Cannot be done in public
-Must have relatively strong hands for hard or long workouts
Please feel free to add to this list https://cdn.pegym.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.png
My personal preferences favor manual exercises, although each method is effective when done correctly.Want One FREE Month of Coaching? PM or email me for details- or CLICK HERE

Dont do PE scared. The penis has not really a mechanism to grow after puberty. So you have to force the tissue to adapt in a way thats healthy expansion. This poses a risk if you overdo the force.
Normaly after some light PE as it proposed for beginners you might already experience some expansion.
Operation sucks imo. You never know about complications. PE costs time and dedication. Its not for everyone.
