Testicle Size

I feel like I have small testicles for my penis size. Is there any way to make them bigger?

Are you using any testosterone? If so, this will cause testicular atrophy. You can increase the size pumping....

As far as I have heard, anything you can do for the size of your testes themselves is in general temporary. You can permanently increase hang with exercises, hanging, or pumping. Various supplements can marginally increase testicle size, and pumping can increase them greatly but for a limited time before they return to normal.

I know that testicle jelqing is supposed to make testicle hang lower, but I'm not sure whether it can help them become bigger or not.
