I've been doing JP90 for a couple weeks now and my workouts usually take an hour, give or take, from warm up to warm down. This past week I was busy as hell and pretty much missed a whole week of workouts! I know, it's sacrilege.
Before I become exiled as a PEGym heathen I wanted to ask you guys (and gals just because I'm equal opportunity) for some advice on those days where you don't have an hour to spare on PE. Sometimes work, privacy, and sleep just do not cause the stars to align into one big phallic constellation in the sky.
You might want to say that you'll beat me with a bat or something if I miss another workout, but before it comes to that let's try a shortened workout for those crazy days. I'm looking for length gains primarily, but anything to keep the momentum up of a habitual PE regimen would be much appreciated.
Thanks!Last edited by Dance Sucka; 07-28-2015 at 09:36 PM. Reason: forgot to add the smiley

Try doing JAI stretches or some tunica tugs when you take a bathroom break, just go in a stall for privacy!
You could also do LAS if you sit at a desk a lot, or sit in your workstation and don't have to move around a lot. LAS can also be done later, while watching TV for example. At night you could do bed fowfers while you sleep. There are many ways to work some PE into your day even when you can't do full-blown exercises & a routine.

Just do a shorter workout.
There are some members like bigO who does PE while commuting home from work.

Yes, he is correct. Add a few min to your bathroom break, to do what you can of your PE. You don't have to complete your whole routine if you really don't have time! If you have a life and work/ social schedule like most people on here do, chances are, PE is by no means your first priority, and that's how it should be! Just do what you can. If its just a total of 10-15 min throughout the day with 2-3 min added to each bathroom break, that's fine. I would recommend at least doing some PE daily to keep in the habit though.
You may want to look into traction wrapping. Easy to conceal and do for long periods of time while at work, the gym, etc and also cheap and uses everyday materials. Make sure you don't wrap too tight and that you check circulation frequently. Safety first, always. I traction wrap almost daily now. You will have to use stalls in the bathroom though, unless you dont mind using the urinals and everyone seeing that your penis is wrapped and questioning it.Start (Dec 2014)

I'll look into JAI, LAS, bed fowfers, and traction wrapping and come up with a shortened and/or split workout for those busy days.
Thanks for the help guys!

Do what you can when you can. Reconsider what constitutes privacy. I from a partner give a show. The bathroom is your friend. If you have time to watch TV you have time to PE. I work 13-20 hours per day 7 days a week. I PE all over the place, and time. When I have a day off or a block of time off I use it for PE, not TV. I incorporate PE with time with my wife. She is the better half of team Wish PE. Good luck, where there is a will there is a way.

What is LAS? By the way I'm doing the beginner routine... should I also wear a traction wrapping device daily?

I don't know that I would say 'should'. You can, if you like. Most people report the primary effect being a better hanging flaccid. The theory behind it is to maintain a mild stretch throughout the day, and your body will adjust to it as a new normal, adding to your gains. Personally, I do not presently do it, and would not expect it to significantly affect gains. That said, it could have some effect in a field where everyone wants to take what they can get.
In short, no you don't have to, but if you want to, go for it.Starting (20 JUL 2012)
