My penis has a high angle and points up at about 10-11 o clock and its hard to push down. Does that mean I have a high exit point?
What can I do to lower it?

Also, one more question. When you do Lazy Ass Stretches where exactly does the shaft go? Are you supposed to put it to the right or left of the balls? Or does it go directly under the sack

A high erection angle usually indicates that you have a high exit point. There are suspensitory ligaments between the base of the penis and the pubic bone. If these ligs are short and tight it will hold the base of your penis tighter to your body. By stretching these ligs out you can expose more of you inner penis resulting in length gains.
Here is a thread that might better explain all of this.
