I can be a little short on time when it comes to PE. So I was wondering if there is any exercise out there that can make gains and does not require warm up.Maybe tunica tugs? ( im a beginner, 3 weeks)

See my signature for the Ultimate Warmup Exercise. While it doesn't generate the heat a pad or rice sock does, it totally massages, loosens up and draws in a good amount of new blood into your penis so that it is ready for exercise.
