  • Does smooth muscle need to be worked to 'fill up' girth gains?

in accordance to the TGC theory, does smooth muscle need to be worked on to fill up girth gains/tissue or does that only apply to length when trying to improve EQ after having some gains?

My only girth workout is jelqs atm and i noticed I have increased in size.

Well kinda, I think. Stretches do help deform the tissues and smooth muscle cells, but are more geared toward stretching the tunica. JAI's, Tunica tugs, & fulcrum stretches especially, help break down the hard fascia and tunica, allowing more internal area in the penis to expand, IMO. Jelqs are geared more toward the CC's and CS chambers, so by jelqing along with stretches, in theory, you're providing the space with effective stretches, to allow easier expansion with the jelqs. To put it in builder's perspective, you're "dormering out your attic space (stretches) in your re-modeling plan" (jelqs/inteior finishing)! Make sense?
