    Basically additions or exercises that doesnt require a warm up. Things such as edging, or ballooning. Im new to this site, so I dont know much😁. Answers would be most appreciated

    Unless your over the 90 days just stick with the JP90. And after that don't bother changing until you have too.

    Understand that, although referred to as a newbie routine, the JP90 is pretty rigorous/intense for a beginner. Often times people have to do a bit less starting out due to negative PIs. So dont be concerned about it not being intense enough, because it is. I personally had to decrease my stretching intensities due to negative PIs while on the JP90.

    At first gains come very easily. Take advantage of these gains by sticking to the routine, doing the exercises correctly, and keeping things safe at low intensities. Going too intense can result in injury. If you dont get injured, then you will potentially still gain less over the long run due to a toughened penis and frequent plateaus. Place too great a load on it and you will make the same gains as a smaller load but accelerating the toughness of your penis to prevent tissue damage.

    Remember, when you plateau (usually as a result of a toughened penis) you have two options, increase intensity or take a deconditioning break... start out too intense in the beginning and you will short circuit your PE gains in the long run.

    After the JP90, I continued the stretching and jelquing because I think they are great exercises. I added a single 10 min clamping session at the end and it really helped my girth gains (I need to update my signature). If and when my girth plateaus, I will add another clamping set. If and when my length gains stop, I will bump intensities, hold times, or introduce some hanging. Keep a detailed logs of exercises, times, and measured gains. Only add intensity when you stop gaining.
