I've completed 1 month of JP routine with kegels/some rev kegels as well.
I am uncut with enough foreskin already.I retract skin and grab just below gland when stretching so I don't stretch skin.
As for jelqing I've been doing wet jelqs without retracting foreskin just like if i was cut , and I am afraid it will / already did stretched my foresking a little bit, something I really don't want to continue because as I said I have plenty already and I am happy with it.
I tried dry jelqs for the 1st time today , pull skin to the base of the penis and do a normal jelq with the foreskin just going with the motion , slightly release the grip pull back and do it again. this way I didnt feel too much stretching of the skin at the base.
should I do dry jelqs ? any tips to avoid foreskin growing ?
Results wise , eq is much better , penis seems more full. I am 6,7 nbpel and 5,35 eg.
I want a little bit of girth , maybe an inch or less in length too but it's fine.
I just dont want more foreskin and i've come across turkey neck as well , gonna search on last one.
Ill give it 2 more months and see how it goes , if I see too much lenthening of the foresking Ill probably just stick to kegels since I am ok with my size anyway . Could be just some paranoid shit in my head , since reading that pe stretches foreskin .... anyway PE does work
