1. What exactly ARE ULIs and squeezes. I've heard the term thrown around quite a bit on the forum but was never really quite sure of what they are.
2. I just finished the JP90 program on Friday. I've heard you should give your member a 5-7 day rest before starting up a new program. Should I give it a rest or start one immediately again?
3. Could anyone recommend any customized programs that they've tried at the intermediate stages that worked for them? Or possibly suggest some exercises perfect for intermediates? Any advice on intermediate PE would be great (ie. intensity, frequency, reps, etc)

First, if you are still seeing any gains from your current routine, don't change it. You can find information on them in the Frequently Asked PE Questions and Topics sticky in the Penis Enlargement Forum There are other exercises and routines in there as well as a lot of other good information you should read. You might want to look into The Advanced "Jelq Free" Routine as a next step.

Thanks for the reply, I was thinking about adding some tunica tugs to the Big Al's jelq free routine. Good idea or nah?
