I have been doing PE for about 3 years now. I began with JP90 and shortly after JP90 I had a stretching routine with some random girth exercises added in while using porn (I stopped that part). I used the Bib hanger for maybe 6 months and the LG hanger for a year. I was doing alot of PE at one point; hanging 2 hours a day with the LG and pumping 30-45 minutes. MY PIs were not that good but I kept at it thinking it would work. I maintained size while I did that and havent really moved up from there. In total i have gained 1.3' in BPEL total (I am 7.3' BPEL now and remained at 4.5' girth.) I am a part of ME coach now and I would like to incorporate some pumping and focus mainly on girth with some length maintenance in there. I haven't hung in a couple months and the past month I have just edged and kegeled to increase my EQ. If you take time off from doing heavy hanging, stretching, girth, pumping etc do you need to go back to beginner routines again? I pumped 5 minutes today and my PIs weren't great afterwards. I didn't think that was a long time at all for -4hg. I used the manual pump today but I have the DP-4000 from when I was training with Dr. Ric .
Can I safely begin pumping again or do I need to go back to beginner routines? Sorry for the scattered post, its just a little discouraging when im lost as to what to do. I would like to pump, maybe do some squeezes afterward, a stretch and then kegeling and edging. 3 times a week I would do it.
Any general advice also? I haven't posted in a while, I've been experimenting on my own.
