    Hey Yall,

    I have been doing PE for about 3 years now. I began with JP90 and shortly after JP90 I had a stretching routine with some random girth exercises added in while using porn (I stopped that part). I used the Bib hanger for maybe 6 months and the LG hanger for a year. I was doing alot of PE at one point; hanging 2 hours a day with the LG and pumping 30-45 minutes. MY PIs were not that good but I kept at it thinking it would work. I maintained size while I did that and havent really moved up from there. In total i have gained 1.3' in BPEL total (I am 7.3' BPEL now and remained at 4.5' girth.) I am a part of ME coach now and I would like to incorporate some pumping and focus mainly on girth with some length maintenance in there. I haven't hung in a couple months and the past month I have just edged and kegeled to increase my EQ. If you take time off from doing heavy hanging, stretching, girth, pumping etc do you need to go back to beginner routines again? I pumped 5 minutes today and my PIs weren't great afterwards. I didn't think that was a long time at all for -4hg. I used the manual pump today but I have the DP-4000 from when I was training with Dr. Ric .

    Can I safely begin pumping again or do I need to go back to beginner routines? Sorry for the scattered post, its just a little discouraging when im lost as to what to do. I would like to pump, maybe do some squeezes afterward, a stretch and then kegeling and edging. 3 times a week I would do it.

    Any general advice also? I haven't posted in a while, I've been experimenting on my own.

    If you've never taken a decaon break, I'd suggest that. After all you've been doing for 3 years, it's pretty evident you hit a plateau and ignored it by continuing to hang & pump, in spite of bad PI's & EQ. Not wise, IMO. Take a solid month off. NO PE, then come back with another round of JP90. You just might see some gains, and if not, try clamping & /or pumping again as long as your EQ & PI's remain positive. Pay attention to what your body is telling you, don't ignore negative EQ & PI's. You'll pay a price in an injury or hard flaccid, if you keep that up.

      I had been off the pump for a year and have not been hanging much in the last 4 months. I have been doing the jelq free routine with Big Al, but I have had some trouble keeping erect for longer and longer as my reps increase. My PIs had gone down too. Not sure what to do :/. I always get this feeling that I am going to lose my length gains if I stop PE. I really want to gain some girth but I have had some trouble figuring out what routines to do with what exercises and how to stay erect for longer. I'm all lost lol. Some of the members here have such awesome routines but I don't have a clue how they figure them out. Do you just start with a couple reps of an exercise and see if it works for you?

        if your PI's are bad try cutting down your intensity/time. decon breaks i think are a good thing.i am on my first official decon break i always worry about what i could lose but i haven't gained in close to 5 years,i just kept doing more but i still didn't gain(spent a shit ton of money too).i have unintentionally taken decon breaks in the past to try creams and pills but my dry-rub masturbation w/pre-e kept my tunica conditioned with shitty EQ and over 3 or 4 years gained nothing.the last gain i made 5 years ago was doing manual stretching in the morning,bathmate in the afternoon and light stretching right before bed.i gained 1/8th of an inch in girth and length.i haven't gained anything for 5 years since.not anything.i have been doing PE for 15+ years with not so great gains and now see the wisdom of decon breaks.

          Wait, so you did gain after a decon break? or you still havent?

            I'd say you can start pumping again. Just make sure to start everything short,light and slow. Don't rush and work your way up.

              i did not gain after my unofficial decon breaks because my dry-rub masturbation(keeping my tunica conditioned unintentionally) and shitty EQ from pre_e wasn't stimulating any growth until my intensity got raised by using the bathmate and manual type stretching 5 years ago. despite raising volume and intensity i have not made any gains since ,so i have just started an official decon break.
