  • Erection when jelqing?

    Was just wondering, if your jelqing are you supposed to be erect? I've read that you aren't supposed to jelq at 100% erection so I was wondering if your supposed to jelq erect at all. And if you are supposed to at what % erect are you supposed to be at?

    if you are a beginner you should wait until you condition your penis with the JP90 routine ,then you can look into erect jelqing .erect jelqing has some risk of injury ,so make sure you read up on proper technique.if you want length the general rule is 30-40%erection level.if you want girth 40-70%erection level.hope this helps

      Ditto what LastDitch said. Now, everyone is potentially a little bit different so find what works for you. I like jelqing...a lot. Not nearly as much as edging, but I like jelqing and somewhere in the 40% - 60% range.

      I would *NOT* jelq at more than 80%. Not yet. Now, if you have been doing this for a good while and you are already conditioned then it *might* be okay. Again, everyone is different. I could not do the JP90 because it was too much. I had horriblly negative negative PIs. Just too much. So, I came up with my own program.

      If you do not mind....and I ass/u/me that you have this all covered (but gonna ask anyway).....what program are you doing? If any, right? What are your goals? How long have you been doing this? Any gains? Any positive | negative PIs? How is your EQ?

      Do you also warm up? Warm down? Do you edge? Dang....love me some edging. Not gonna front. I would edge all day long if I could. Well, maybe not, but you get the point. Edging is a really useful tool for a lot of things. I am spending some time in the premature ejaculation forum and reading on the whole "this is what happens when a guy nuts and this is what you do to fix this and to strengthen that" process. I want to be able to have multiple orgasms and the ejaculate when I want to. Lots of amazing work in there by MinuteMan. I encourage everyone to read up on this. Your choice if you are going to do anything. My choice is that I would love to have a full body orgasm, have several orgasms and then ejaculate! And stay ROCK HARD during that process. Have some work ahead of me.

      Anyway, check out the programs (sure that you already know where and what they all are but I do not want to assume anything.....just in case) and get on one (if not already).

        I occasionally edge, go for either 15 minutes or 20 minutes without orgasming to help my Pre E problem. I have only been PEing for about a week. My goal is to hit 7 inches BPEL and idk what my girth is but I really just assume I am below average in girth, and girth is what I want to gain the most. And I don't have any negative PI's. Good ones, so far I felt harder last time I had sex with my girl. I do a warm up but its not really much. I do stretches for about 2 minutes with a 30 second helicopter stretch.

          if the JP90 proves to be too much for your dick you could try long edging sessions(1-2 hours) after doing a lighter version of JP90 this would possibly net you some gains and also start to condition your penis so you can move up in intensity with less chance of injury.when you edge do it with lube and a light grip.best of gains to you!

            I am toying with the idea of, after finishing my program for 90 days, hitting the JP90. I am thinking that I will be in far better shape at the time and stand a better chance of being able to handle that program. We will see. Not there just yet. Another 60 days away from that. :-)

              edging without porn can be the a savior of erection health.some day your gains may start to plateau if they do, look into Decon-Breaks.you may be a lucky one and only ever have to do the JP90 routine then take a decon break and then do the JP90 again and keep gaining over and over.seems like the deeper you go into the hardcore realm of PE the more time it takes.also don't forget to read about healing in the expanded state if you haven't already.best of luck!
