I know that the skin absorbs products that are applied on it. I believe 40% of the products that you apply to your skin are absorbed and end up circulating in the blood stream. Anyhow, I've have been reading a lot about these three oils and they would sound great together.
1.) Cod Liver Oil: High in Vitamin A & D3. Also a source of Omega-3 fatty acids (EPA, DHA). Omega-3 fats help to reduce inflammatory, increase blood circulation, nourish skin, and may even produce neurological health.

3.) Coconut Oil: Everyone loves coconuts, right?! Well, this oil is great. It is: antimicrobial, antibacterial, and antiviral properties. It is also a source of Lauric acid. This compound in coconut oil is what gives in the antibacterial properties. It also a wonderful moisturizer.

It looks good to me, but I would like some other feedback. The only big problem I have is the smell of Cod Liver Oil and Coconut Oil solidification in cold temperatures. So, what do you all think?
