  • Trouble getting girth gains.

    I have completed JP90 program and and am now running the advanced no jelq routine. I noticed that after doing those programs my girth doesnt grow but my length has, and now my length is 1.5" bigger than my girth. In my current routine I do squeezes and I'm not sure if that's enough for my girth because it only makes the middle of my shaft enlarges and has grown 1/4". Should I squeeze harder during the squeezes? I am currently doing that exercise with 100% erection level and It doesn't feel like I am anywhere near injuring myself.

    jelqing is what gives you girth/length, i dont know about you but i think jelqing is what really makes ur girth increase, 15 minutes of like anywhere from 70-100% erection with some lotion is good
