  • Size and erection quality

    Hi guys,

    I am a beginner at PE. Right now I am just learning as much as I can, then I will start doing a beginner routine. I have some questions though.
    Outside of kegeling, do jelquing, pumping and stretching ( the exercises which increase size ) also improve your erection quality?
    I saw that some people said that their erection angle went down since starting PE. So does it improve, hurt, or have no noticeable effect on erection quality?

    Also, I read some threads about Mandingo the pornstar and other guys who are having troubles with their EQ because of their size. I am starting at more or less 7.25 inches length and 5.5 inches girth. Is there a chance that gaining too much size could hurt my erections because of blood flow?

    Have you done a good set of measurements to start with ?
    Depending upon your conditioning, and intense , how strenuous, duration, of your use of any device, its difficult to predict.
    Starting anything, should be done slowly, gradually, and monitor EQ over time.
    Keep a log too !

      Not 100% accurate... Tough you still did not answer my question. If i do things completely by the book, not overtraining, warming up, etc., is there a chance that you can get too big and lose EQ?

      Also, does jelquing, stretching and pumping generally improve your EQ as well? Or it doesn't do anything in that department?

        Overtraining will affect eq stretching particularly. Jelq is known to generally increase eq but again it can be overdone.

          Jelqing and pumping are supposed to improve your EQ. Stretching and hanging tend to hurt EQ temporarily but give good length gains. If you are jelqing and your EQ goes down, that usually means you are overtraining. I just made a post about me overtraining.

          I started with only 50 jelqs each hand. I saw good results. So I increased to 150 each hand, per JP90, and I have not gained and have had poor EQ since. So I am going back to 50 each hand. Everybody is different. Just start slow. If your EQ goes down, it means you need to do less.
          Start 3.16.15 - 7bpel, 6bpel, 5meg

          Current 1.19.16 - 7.85bpel, 6.6nbpel, 5.3meg

          Goal 1.19.17 - 8.5bpel, 7.5nbpel, 5.75meg

            my EQ is generally down a little (maybe 1 point) since starting a year ago, but I'll still take an EQ of 9 and an inch longer than an EQ of 10 and an inch shorter. I also think the EQ change might have to do with other stresses in life this last year as well.

              As your penis grows, you should, at the minimum, ensure that your EQ is increasing in proportion to your growth. If it's not, you'll end up with a larger but softer penis.

              Maximizing your EQ will also ensure you get the most out of your enlargement exercises.

                I agree with AL^^^. I found as I've grown, my EQ declined slightly, so I increased my edging time, intensity and frequency to rebuild & maximize my EQ. Edging really helped me and by not ejaculating at the end of a session, then putting on my cock ring to maintain a more engorged flaccid all day, I increased both my EQ & helped cement my gains.

                  Interesting...I think in my case I need to kegel more, but I still think the big reason for the drop is stress and other things in life. I've noticed over the past year if I have been chatting with a new girl and it might end up going somewhere, EQ is better than on days where it feels like I'll be single forever.

                    That sounds more libido related than reduced EQ to me, Phoenix. Ever tried supplements? I like 20% icariin (Horney Goat Weed). I found it kicks my libido up, making me horny as hell, causing me to initiate sex more than when I'm not taking it. Might be worth trying, since it's very inexpensive.

                      So, in your opinion, as long as you are keeping an erect penis for a lot of time daily ( edging, or edging in sex ), and take PE slowly, never overtraining and always listening to your body for negative and positive signs, your EQ should actually improve along with your newfound size right?

                      So I should not worry about poor EQ if i listen to all the stickies and so. Even if I improve by 2 inches and get to 9-9.5 inches length?
