  • hows this routine?

    2 days 1 off sometimes 1 day 1 off. 3-5 times a week for more rest.

    Warm up.
    Very light stretching maybe.

    75 jelqs
    5 minute bathmate.
    75-150 jelqs
    5-8 minute bathmate.

    ?
    Havent gained much in 2 years. Any faith in this routine?

      Seems pretty light for someone who's been working at it for 2 years to me, you're looking for just girth, I guess?
      Feb. 2014 BPEL 6.8" Girth not measured

      August 2015 BPEL 7.7" MG 5.1" BG 5.8"

      Current NBPEL 7.5" EG 5.4"

        yes but i worked up to jelqing almost everyday and ulis very very often. And that gave me some what good eq and maybe .2 girth gain. but i guess it was just temporary expansion.

        So im thinking since many say that the rest days are important and that many have gained from very few days of pe ill try it ?

          Rest days are important, but I don't think you should be resting on half of the days. Try at least 3 on then 1 off.
          Initial: BPEL: 6.9" EG: 4.75"
          Current: BPEL: 7.25" EG: 5.125" - 25 Feb 2016
          Goal: BPEL: 8.75"+ EG: 5.75"
