I have been doing PE for about 20 days so far. Never really had a routine till this week.I did have a drop in EQ last week but came back after some rest, but that was before this routine. Want to see what you guys think, an if i need to add or cut back some of the exercises. Wondering if i should do my Edging before the workout or after.

My WORK OUT

10 min Warm up
3 sets of Basic stretches w/ 25 sec holds
150 wet jelq
90 V-jelq
warm down in shower
15 min Edging
