Thread: Two finger jelq

While doing my regular jelqs today I added a second finger to it. After getting the normal ok grip at the base, I wrapped the finger next to my pointing finger around my shaft in front of it, and jelqed. I lifted the second finger off just as it reached my glans, and finished the jelq in the normal fashion. All I can say is that it is an incredible improvement. I don't think an unconditioned or inexperienced PE'er should try it because it is really intense. While someone could hurt themselves applying too much pressure, done correctly it makes the jelq much more efficient. My glans was absolutely engorged with blood when I reached it. Like I mentioned, I lifted my second finger off just as it reached the base of the glans, then let my ok grip continue until it also reached the base of it.

Hmm... maybe I'll give that a try tomorrow. See how that feels.

That would have to be an over-hand jelq grip ... right?

Correct Stumpy. I might add that this improved jelq hits the cs especially well (make sure both of your fingers ride your cs the entire length of your shaft). I had a second workout this morning and it was great. I think to maximize this you definitely start with your standard ok grip (buried as deep into your base as possible), then bring the second finger into play. As soon as you do this your shaft will expand, and as I said in my first post, your glans will nearly explode as you begin to jelq(in a good way!!).

Well I can now confirm that assessment.
I gave these a go this morning and I ended up with significant fluid build up on the underside of my penis, towards the glans. Hopefully this won't slow me down too much ... at the most, a few days I'd reckon. But we live and learn.
So I can confirm ... go easy on these if you're not conditioned for more intense stuff.

This is often referred to as the "donut effect" ... or doughnut for the Australians. It's generally caused by gripping too hard and it's essentially a pooling of the fluid (interstitial fluid) from within the penis' cells.
This is the second time I've experienced this []and it's not a big problem (hopefully it will be clear by tomorrow) but it does tell me once again that I'm going too hard too soon.

Stumpy, sorry about the injury, but how did you like the two finger jelq compared to the regular one?
