I don't know if anyone else has noticed this, but I find that I have better jelq sessions when I make sure that I maintain good posture. As I'm sitting on the edge of the bed, I make sure that my back is straight, shoulders held back, pelvis rotated forward, and even stomach sucked in a bit. It seems to facilitate straight, even pressure jelqs, it seems to enhance length (and thus motivation), and just seems to, idk, feel more masculine with your shoulders square and seeing your pecs flex as you jelq. I don't know, maybe it's just my thing, but it seems to be beneficial to a good jelq session.
