  • Measuring with a cockring?

Due to the fact that I have some ED issues.
I can't maintain an erection long enough to get a BPEL
The only way I can do this is with a cockring.
Do you think this gives an unrealistic measurement do to the fullness that wearing a ring causes.

No. Measurements are intended for your own use in determining gains from PE. As long as you always measure the exact same way going forward, for comparative purposes to previous measurements, it doesn't matter.

Just remember to be consistent- compare apples to apples. That way you'll be able to note any progress.

Once you improve your EQ enough to start measuring BPEL or even BPFSL, these should be considered as separate measures.

          Working on my EQ.
Got low T and am overweight so working on both.
          I'm measuring consistently.
          Same spot etc.
Got the BPFSL down just wanted to see what the difference in BPEL was.
I have believed that I was a hard length gainer based on the difference being over a half inch.
And have been hitting my Tunica to work on it.
          Along with my ADS.
The difference is just under 5/8"
          Thanks for the input.

I notice if I measure with a cock ring on and really girthed out my bpel is slightly shorter than without wearing a ring. Is that normal?

Probably. The extra pressure on your intrentals will be more towards the larger surface area so rather than lengthwise the greater pressure is exerted girth wise and since that's the case you may measure a bit shorter.

Once you bring your T levels into the normal or better range you should start to notice a greatly improved response to your training.

                  Thanks again
                  I appreciate the feedback.
                  Just for everyone's knowledge.
I did not qualify for testosterone treatments.
My T is just over the threshold for that.
                  So I have been taking
                  *********, L-citroline, L-arginine and boron.
I have seen a difference and will be getting blood work done to see if there is a real change and also to see if there is any adverse liver effects.
Also exercise and my diet is pretty good.
No coffee, no soda, home cooking etc.

My routine is ADS with a lock for most of the day and a cockring at night.
I stretch in the shower and on bathroom breaks.
                  Bundle stretch and Mandingo stretch.
And I do Kegals and Reverse Kegals during the day.
With the ring this morning I had what my wife considered a 9 out of 10 on EQ, without the ring I'm more in the 6 maybe 7 range and it doesn't stay up.

Were you given any indication as to what might be contributing to your lower T levels?

                      No, not really.
                      I'm 43, overweight.
Pre-diabetic. Which is probably related to the weight.
The tests put my estragine normal and testosterone high.
                      Everything else was fine.

If your lifestyle has gotten increasingly more sedentary and you're encountering more regular stress, that could account for it. Even the normal aging processes can be slowed somewhat with particular attention to nutrition and physical activity. The physical activity also has the benefit of relieving stress.

                          I'm pretty active.
I train in Martial Arts 2-3 days a week for years and have added 3 days a week at the gym.
I'm retired from my first career and have moved on to blacksmithing part time.
                          So that is active too.
                          I also meditate regularly.
Stress is not so much an issue.
I'm hoping its the weight and the extra activity and supplements will help with dropping it.

My test is 261. Very low, but does not technically qualify as low T. Yeah tell my dick that. I supplement with Testosterone Enanthate, and guess what? I have great sex drive and much better. I'll say it again for the 50th time, Dr's have no clue how to treat low T. Literally, they know nothing about it. Go to a Dr, say I've been using testosterone for 3 months, my ball are very little, what do I do? You might get a shrug. No offense, but Dr's are not very intelligent. You go in, they check you, then go look in a little book for the answer. Sorry if anyone is a Dr, but you are not very helpful. Anyway, I do 3 months on, 3 months off with Testosterone Enanthate. Not saying you should do that, but I'm not going to suffer with no sex drive. And have fun with natural remedies. Waste of time in my opinion if you really have low T.
