    So my main goal is length since I go to college and have a roommate so I can only get away with stretching. I have a few questions.

    1. Is it ok for the penis to retract to normal flaccid length after stretching? Not immediately after but a couple minutes after.
    2. Are cold showers with a light stretch good for a cool down?
    3. Is it OK to throw in a couple light stretches with a cold shower a couple hours after your session?

    Heat may be better, but I've never tried a cool down so, test it out see what works best.

    That's normal, happens to me after stretching, but if I do jelqs or squeezes etc, after then I have no turtling / retraction.

    Temporary increase - neutral PI.

    One thing about the cool or cold showers. The cold tends to make muscles, tendons and ligaments contract so if you are looking to keep the stretch gains, a warm shower which will keep the inner ligaments more loose is probably a better option. The cold shower will cause them to contract a bit
