    So I've been PEing and increasing intensity slowly. Formally after 5 days I give myself a rest. My question is I'm on day 4 and my penis is kind of fatigued. I'm still waking up with morning wood and it would appear my hang is decent but my penis is tender.

    If it's like bodybuilding you don't want to overwork the muscle, and if you're sore indicates you need some rest.. Would the same rules apply?

    The trouble I'm having is I don't want to get off of my routine, everyone says consistency is keep, but so is rest...

    The thing is, you have to push your limits each time (in a safe and controlled way) and when you go to the next level you will be sore so is this normal and should I just continue for one more day and then rest or just rest now and continue when I'm no longer sore (possibly 2 or 3 days)...?

    After 5 days in a row, take 2 days rest. Your penis needs time for recovery and you'll actually get gains from the tissue repair done during rest days. As long as your PI's remain positive, you can maintain or even add some reps (just a few, slowly) to build your routine. ALWAYS take REST DAYS, REGULARLY!

    EQ is a good gauge to use for knowing when to take a break. During a training cycle your EQ should trend upwards. Towards the end of a cycle you should note your EQ start to plateau.

    If you're consistently sore, not making gains, or your EQ is stagnant you moght be overtraining and/or not getting enough rest.
