When ever i do my stretches in the shower i get at least 50% erect and can't do anything about it . Theres no way to get it down because of the heat and blood flow. Im going to start doing them out of the shower but my question is Do stretches have to be around 0 % erect to work?

I often have a 40% semi when I stretch. The head swell makes it easier to grasp without slipping out.Valued Member of 12+ years at the PEGym12/'09 (start) NBP EL - 4.5, EG - 4.4

Fat Pad = 1+/-
