Hi all, been doing PE for about 9 months now and I have a question. I've been clamping for a while and really enjoy it. I get up to 7.2 inches bpel and 5.2 meg and honestly that's pretty much perfect for me but when I take the clamp off, I drop to 6.8 bpel and 4.9 meg.
How can I make these clamping gains permanent?
