Dry jelqs over wet jelqs any day
I'm sure one could gain from just dry jelqing, damn near certain!

What is the inherent difference between dry and wet jelqing? What makes it better?
Initial Penis Size: 8 inches (203 mm) (BPEL)
6 inches (154 mm) (EG)
Goal: 10.2 inches (260 mm) (BPEL)
7.1 inches (180 mm) (EG)

You can't really slide your hand with dry jelqs, so its more of a squeeze then anything. Whatever works for you. I do wet jelqs and squeezes and O bends, best of both worlds. If it works, do it.
