Hey guys, so been at the PEgym for 8 months odd. Not 100% continuous, but around that. Started off with JP90 and just done my own routine after.
Anyway, last 3 months bumped up my kegels.
I'd do like 100 normal, 100 reverse. Sometimes I may do more.
Anyway, so not been with a women for about 8 months.. and started sleeping with a chick, hot as fuck going great blah blah, but I take a very long time to cum. Infact i've not yet, came.. 20 minutes, you can do a lot with that! All joking aside 20 minutes doesn't sound that long but is not my preference is yours. Do you feel desensitized? Like you are not getting enough stimulation? We have many members here trying to last 20 minutes so this is kind of different to deal with. What do you feel will be your perfect length of time? Did your lady complain about the length of time?

20 min of straight fucking is kind of a long time. Put a timer on and you will realize how long it is. I can cum in 2 min, 20 min, of 2 hours. I base it on my woman. I keep going until she orgasms or tells me to cum.
To answer your question, I dont know any way to sensitize your dick except don't touch it for a few days before you see her. I see my girl only on weekends, so Thursday is the last day I touch my dick. I want to be able to get nice and hard and be able to cum. Thats my only advice.

And "get nice and hard" is the hardeness of erection truly important??? My erection is never hard like "rock" I can always move it around like change its direction. Im quite scared now.. is my erection not good enough?? And its the same even if I dont cum / masturbate for 2 weeks doesnt matter how long...

You can perform a REVERSE Stop and Start instead of the standard version. In the reverse ersion, your goal will be to ejaculate as quickly as possible using a light grip. Well, I developed the ability to control my ejaculation mostly from edging and age. When I was young, I was a two pump chump. I started edging before I knew what it was. After about a year, I gained almost complete control. Don't get me wrong. If I don't touch my dick for two weeks and have sex, it's hard to control. With when jerking off 2-3 times a week, and regular, I can last as long as I want. Pretty much like in porn. When having sex, I try to get just before ponr, and ride that as long as my woman wants me to. She isn't into long sex sessions, after 10 min of me fucking her my way, I mount up into her position and make her cum. I either cum with her, sometimes before her and keep my erection until she cums, or I cum a little after her.
This is all about training, and I think age helps. But I spend many nights edging for an hour or more. You just learn and train your body to do what your brain says to do. At this time, I really trying to learn to have dry orgasms. I can sometimes have multiple orgasms, but not the same. I orgasm and ejaculate, then I can keep jerking and have another orgasm and ejaculate 30-60 seconds after the first.
Anyway, work on edging and training you dick to do what you want.

So the edging how did you do it?? Like reach the point of almost no return ( ejaculation ) and stop then wait a bit and again again again ?? Or when you stop you only stop for a few seconds and begin again and repeat repat
And thanks to this training then I wonder how it works... Is it like you feel the cum coming but you are so trained that you basicaly hold the cum as long as you want?

When you work on edging, you get just before ponr, then stop or slow down so the feeling goes away. Eventually you get to the point you can stay just before ponr the entire time.
