Has anybody seen gains from adding edging into your regular jelqing routine?
So, I've decided to add edging to my daily routine. I only do girth work, because my natural length is at 8 in. so i'm fine. I usually do it for roughly 15 min or so, but i'll do it earlier in the day, then later on that night after I get back from the gym I'll do my jelqing routine. I just warm up in the shower. 50x3 v-jelqs at 50 to 75% erection. in between each set I do 20 sec erect squeezes. I used to be on and off with PE, so I think I am properly conditioned enough to add in some more intense exercises. I usually don't go until PONR, but I have noticed when i edge I look fat as hell, no gains though sadly :/ I get this is probably from increased EQ. I am paying close attention to my PIs as well. Well, I guess my question is what do yall think of that routine, and have any of you seen any slight gains from adding edging into your normal jelqing routine? On a side note, for gym purposes I do take creatine, nitric oxide, and multivitamins. Maybe that's helping with the fuller feel as well.
