Thread: length gains but where is eq?

I recently gained a little length but my eq is not doing well and I noticed that when I kegal I get a lot of expansion I'm not sure what that means, I have no pain just slight discomfort.in the next session should I just do a stamina routine (warm up, kegals,edge, warm down) or should I jell and stretch to?
What motivates me? The fear of being average.

I agree you penis could be tired or if you've been exercising for some time and you gained length, take a look at the TGC theory. Basically as your tunica expands and you gain length, you don't have enough smooth muscle in the CC's to fill it up. So you need to do some girth exercise. But you need to read that thread to understand and know what to do.

I wouldnt say structured,what is sturctured eq training? And how can i apply it to my routine?

The typical stamina routine starts off consisting of kegels and edging (or "Stop and Starts"). These exercises are usually performed after the enlargement exercises and immediately preceding the warm down.

Would it be a bad idea to do a day of just eq training in between my elargment routines?

1 day on (girth work+stamina) 2 day off 1 day on (just edging) 1 day off 1 day on (girth and length) 2 days off

I say do EQ work anytime you can. I don't believe it affects PI's like PE work does.

I would say you need to rest, day or two maybe a week. I know I made my best gains while not working very hard at it. Girth work especially, 2 days of rest in between girth work outs. At least. I would suggest a week off every 2 months or a couple of weeks off.
