I have been too active on here in a while but I recently picked up PE again after a few months break. I've been doing a lot of reading on various sites to get a better workout because I felt that jelqs, they weren't giving me the workout I needed. So after a bit of research and reading I came up with a new routine for newbie's. I have been doing it for about 3 weeks now and have already noticed very solid progress.
Shower 5-10 minutes
- The shower serves as my warm up
- I also do my manual stretching in the shower
- as of right now I do right, left, up, down, straight out, 1minx5 and repeat once
Post-Shower Jelqs
- I use this time to jelq, I do slow jelqs at about 20-50% for 5-7 minutes. My jelqs are very slow to ensure I move the blood and also stretch my unit.
Also, I began using coconut oil as my go-to jelq lubricant for a few reasons. Coconut oil increases blood flow, and I figured rubbing it into my unit wasn't a bad idea. Coconut oil also softens skin AND heals skin and bruises. I felt that these could benefit the recovery period of my unit. You can get a huge jar of the stuff at Costco for $12 or so.
Post Shower Towel Raises
-This is a very important part of the routine, I do 10x4 sets of dry hand towel raises. This works the girth, and the base of my unit. I think a lot of my success of this routine is because of towel raises, it puts just enough strain on my unit.
Post Workout Warm Down
- washcloth wrapped around unit
2 days on one day off
I tend to do squeezes 1-3 times for 20-30 seconds during jelqs and towel raises. As of right now my flaccid length is up .8 in and my flaccid girth is up .3 in all from three weeks of this.
Now these are NOT erect gains and shouldn't be treated as such, but this does show the potential of this routine. I strongly believe that when doing PE less is ALWAYS more. You need to ease into the routine, if you start too hard and too fast your body will adapt and compensate and not allow ligs to be stretched. I stretch and jelq extremely light and will continue to do so until I don't see gains.
I encourage people to try this routine in this order. I have long neglected doing serious manual stretching but I believe it can lead to enormous gains if taken seriously and paired with jelqs and towel raises.Last edited by TRM; 12-21-2015 at 06:31 PM. Reason: typos
