- 01-24-2010 #1
i know all about bpel and nbpel. But every time i try and measure my nbpel my dick wilts at the sight of a ruler even if im holding my best kegel. this is leading to incositant measurments for me and that is more anoying then if i was getting no gains at all. any help here would be great. i should rob a pharmacy and steal some viagra lmfao then i would have no problem but befor i start comiting felonys i wanna see what u all have to say.

As you said, you know bone pressed is pushing down pretty hard with the ruler, to actually get the real size. Although it's sort of cheating, because an inch trapped under fat storage, doesn't help much.
But, even inconsistent erections are common. Just get as hard as possible, and measure asap. That way even if you become a little more flaccid, the measurements still realistic. Considering some erections don't grow as hard and thick as others.
So wait for a good one, and measure that. Therefore a slight decrease when showing the ruler shouldn't be a huge issue.Start:
BPFL: 3.5"
BPEL: 5.5"
Goal:
BPFL: 4.0"
BPEL: 6.5"

i only gain .5 on my bpel over my nbpel but im guessing thats all genitics on were u body stores fat first. and if my best measurment is correct then ive gained .25 on my nbpel but that seems kind of crazy for 3 weeks and it all seems to have apeared in the last week since i just measured tonight and got my best reading so far.

Try measuring morning wood as you will probably have a good consistent EQ.
Even if you don't always have 10/10EQ when you measure it is all about consistency, if you always measure when you are not as hard as possible then you will show your gains, if you measure when you are morning wood and is always your best erection it will show your gains. But if you measure once where you are not rock hard and then measure your morning wood where you are rock hard it will show false gains and if you do it the other way round it will look like your dick has shrunk!
Doesn't matter how you do it just so long as you always do it that way.

Yeah. Agreed that it is all about consistency. Just find our own way to measure. Whether it is bone pressed or non-bone pressed, what ever suits you, use it. And always measure the same way. Don't change it after two months and then suddenly report huge gains!

I only measure when I have my hardest erections usually. Although, my current measurements aren't my good erections, so I'm waiting until I get a really rock hard one, at my absolute erection limit. That way, Its easier to know when I hit 100%, and can measure that every time. And hopefully with exercises, my erection quality will become overall better anyway, more constantly.
Start:
BPFL: 3.5"
BPEL: 5.5"
Goal:
BPFL: 4.0"
BPEL: 6.5"
