Thread: Looking for a new routine

Does anyone know of a good intermediate routine that can be done 3 days a week? I was going to do a routine similar to JP90 but wasn't sure if I'd see gains only doing it 3 days when it calls for 5. I tried the Jelq Free routine and it seems to be too intense for me at the moment but the schedule really worked for me. Thanks for any advise!

Why not perform the format of the Jelq Free with more manageable exercises? The Side to Side stretch is low intensity, so your trouble should have been with the Squeeze. You might substitute some jelqing for that- though the routine wouldn't be able to be called "Jelq Free" in your case

Thanks for the advise Big Al! I'll give that a try. Would you recommend doing the Jelqs before the side to side like in the Jelq Free routine?
