    So I figured it might be a good idea to start a thread where people post their routines ,the stage of the routine (beginner or advanced) , and or the purpose of the routine along with the benifits it brought... Just for the sake of reference incase someone can't find a suitable routine for their needs.

    My current routine, 5on 2off. Usually about 15min jelq at 3pm and 15min O Bends at 8pm. Sometimes I substitute hanging 1 hour for O Bends in the evening. But my routine is usually different each day. Sometimes I wake with a boner and spend 10min on squeezes and bends. I also recently started manual stretches, so sometimes I will add them. After 9 months, I have learned what my dick likes. So I base my workload on how my dick feels.

    My schedule is based on when I see my girlfriend. Over the holidays I have had to change things up. I usually only see her on Sat and Sun, so those are my days off so my dick is ready for her.

    Pump with BM Hydromax X 40 or Goliath for up to 45 min, or however long I can stand it full pressure, then edge while clamped for up to another 45 min or until too painful to continue. I do this 4 or 5 days a week, sometimes 7 if I take a few easy days.

    This routine gives me EXTREME girth gains in as little as a couple weeks.

    Mines is a six week long begginer course before moving on to the advanced "jelq free" routine.

    I start with a warm up - jelq - oriental masage - kegels - cool down

    Soon I'm going to add towel raises but for now...

    There's also a part were you basically edge 3 times but I'm leaving that out due to nofap.

    I'm trying the jp 90 I'm on week 5 now I started this because I saw a .125 girth gain in a week and a half but no length and I haven't seen any other increase so far. Even with good pi's

    How extreme is extreme??
